Colorado Mammoth Fan Profile Sweepstakes (the "Promotion")

By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the official sweepstakes rules (including the eligibility requirements). You must be 18 years or older and a resident of Colorado to participate. Limit one (1) entry per person. Enter your information above to receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. The Promotion will begin on March 31, 2025 at 8:00 AM and will end on May 1, 2025 at 8:00 PM (the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, Sponsor will conduct periodic drawings (3 total) (each, a “Drawing”). There will be one (1) Winner randomly selected in each Drawing and three (3) total Winners in the Promotion. Each Winner will receive one (1) team autographed Colorado Mammoth Pennant Flag (a “Prize”). The Approximate Retail Value of each Prize is One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150). The sponsor of the Promotion is KS LAX LLC, 1000 Chopper Circle, Denver, CO 80204. Use of personal information submitted will be governed by the Colorado Mammoth privacy policy.
